4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services (such as bKash or Nagad)
