Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Retro Jersey Shore, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item must be in its original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If you need to return an item for another size, please contact us within the 14 days after delivery (the sooner the better) and we will gladly send you a replacement along with a postage paid envelope for the item(s) you are returning. We aren't satisfied until you are satisfied!

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized items
Food items
Items that have been worn and/or damaged due to misuse or improper care

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at retrojerseyshore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for return approval and instructions
Ship the item back to the provided return address once you have received a postage paid return envelope.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account again
Contact your payment provider
